It points at the problem before you go looking
Once a day Caosira reads your records and lists what needs a person. Each item links straight to the record, and it clears itself when you have dealt with it.
It watches for probation periods ending, three working days without a check-in, leave and expense requests that have waited too long, unusually large claims, stale helpdesk requests, expiring credentials, goals past due, and payroll that is late or missing people.

It only reads. It cannot change an employee, approve leave or run payroll.
