About
HR software built by people tired of stitching five tools together
Caosira is built by Cassorix Technologies. We started it because "HR software" too often means a spreadsheet for attendance, a separate ATS, a third tool for reviews, and a Slack channel standing in for a helpdesk — with none of them agreeing on who's actually on the team this week.
One data model
An employee is one record everywhere — attendance, leave, performance reviews, and the org chart all point at the same person, not five copies that drift apart.
AI that assists, not decides
Every AI feature in Caosira drafts a starting point — a summary, a suggested reply — that a person reviews before it becomes real. Nothing gets sent or approved on its own.
Data isolation by default
Every organization's data is scoped at the database level, not just hidden behind app logic — the kind of boundary you'd want for payroll and personnel records.
Cassorix Technologies
Caosira's sibling product, Campza, already runs school operations for real schools on Android and iOS.
Cassorix builds focused, practical software for organizations that run on people — schools with Campza, and now workplaces with Caosira. Same standard: software that fits how the work actually happens, not the other way around.
